1 Corinthians 1:31

1 Corinthians 1:31 “Let the one who boasts, boast in the Lord.”

All of humanity is always searching for a “boast.”  We want something to be proud of, something to give our life meaning and significance.  We want to feel like we are not a waste.  But this feeling, this reality, will not be found in anything in this world, no matter what level of greatness we achieve.  The “boast” that our heart so desires will only be satisfied by the God of the universe.  The God who, in love, chooses us as His own.  Therefore, boast in Jesus today.
